Frequently Asked Questions
- 01Some areas, like the flower fields and the pumpkin patch, are cash only due to limited Wi-Fi availability. We recommend bringing cash just in case for those locations.
- 02As cute as they are, no pets are allowed. Exceptions will only be made for service animals trained to aid with a specific disability. Therapy and Emotional Support animals are NOT considered service animals under the Federal ADA Guidelines and will not be admitted.
- 03Children 0-23 months are always free. All other guests ages 2 years and older require a ticket to enter the farm.
- 04Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We have snack and drink offerings including fresh squeezed lemonade and shaved ices.
- 05Yes. You can bring whatever you need for your children.
- 06Due to the natural, uneven terrain of our working farm, we are not fully wheelchair accessible in all areas. Some attractions are located across grassy or gravel surfaces, and transportation between certain areas may require a tractor ride. Standard tractor wagons have steps for loading; however, we do offer a tractor equipped with a chair lift to assist guests when needed. We also provide an ADA-compliant portable restroom on-site for guest convenience.
- 07While the farm closes at 5pm, we allow guests to reserve the field after normal business hours. This opportunity is open to small groups and is commonly used for photo sessions or picnics. - 08All ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including missed events, weather conditions, or scheduling conflicts. Tickets are valid ONLY for the date you select. Unused tickets will become null and void. NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be given in full or in part (no exceptions). Please double check that you have entered the correct date of your visit before submitting your order. We are happy to reschedule your visit to another available date, provided you contact us prior to your reservation. All date changes are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Once tickets are purchased and your reservation is confirmed, you are considered to have accepted these terms. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER ADMISSION HAS BEEN PAID. We work hard to be transparent and fair with all guests. Thank you for respection our policies.
- 09Sorry, we do not host private events. We welcome groups to visit and have food trucks and picnic tables on site for Fall Harvest Days. Please know that we are unable to reserve tickets or picnic tables. Everything is first come, first serve.

- 11Our summer hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Last entry at 4pm. Always check social media or the website before visiting as u-pick hours are subject to change daily based on weather and crop availability.
