When Are Field Trips?
Field trips are offered for all age groups, we are currently booking for Fridays in October. Plan early if you would like your group to join the fun! Please send us an email at to schedule a trip.
What’s Included In a Field Trip?
Activities that are included with general admission are also available for the students. Groups will be guided through our corn maze and will be able to explore our fairgrounds which includes agritourism based activities such as a Corn Stalk Tunnel, Pirate Ship, Tractor Ride, Timmy Town Zoo, Pig Races, Hay Mazes, Pumpkin Bowling, Corn Box, Rubber Duck Racing, Horse Bouncers, Corn Hole, Tire Mountain, Pedal Carts, Sand Cranes, Bean Bag Toss, Tetherball, Spider Web, Observation Bridge, and Horse Swings. Groups will then visit Timmy Town Zoo where they will feed the animals.
How Much Does It Cost?
$13.50 per student (sugar pumpkin included), $13 per chaperone, teachers are free. Reservations are required. The balance will be paid when groups arrive for their field trip. To make payment, please bring cash or check with you on the day of your visit.
Hands-on learning experiences are always best when students have been prepared for what they are about to encounter and are able to then discuss what they learned afterwards. Students will be guided by our educational signs, interactive video in our Bee Barn, and have a lesson about the life cycle of pumpkins.
