POLICY
All ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including missed events, weather conditions or scheduling conflicts.
We encourage all guests to double-check dates and availability before purchasing. If you are unsured about your plans or event timing, please wait to complete your purchase -- as no refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased.

You have the option to add purchase protection, a third-party provider, during checkout which may provide reimbursement in case of elegible cancelations.
Please review the Purchase Protection policy carefully before adding it to your order. If selected, you must file any claims direclty through the provider. Happy Day Farm does not process or manages protection claims.

We are happy to reschedule your visit to another available date during the current season, provided you contact us prior to your reservation date. All date changes are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

Once tickets are purchased and your reservation is confirmed, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Tickets are valid ONLY for the date you select. Unused tickets will become null and void.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER ADMISSION HAS BEEN PAID.
